"Hello all, I have been an employee of Perfect Pools and Patios for the previous 3 years. I wanted to take the time and provide some photographs for the ACTUAL customers that we so greatly appreciate and try to be there for them with whatever issues they may be having with their pools. Now firstly I would like to address the people on here who think, and quite wrongly so I might add, that it's appropriate to mention people by their first names i.e owners of companies or any employees of any small town business. I believe you to be very cavalier with a lot of peoples privacy which is completely and totally unacceptable and Google should reprimand said persons. I digress. As stated about I have been a field service tech for the last 3 years. First and foremost, these people who deem it necessary to create multiple Google accounts under pseudonyms, you should really find the time to get out more. Getting on here and being respectful to peoples privacy, saying what you came to say ONCE and ONCE ALONE is one thing. In fact as aservice technician who deeply appreciates their line of work, I welcome honest and fair constructive criticism. I believe that in hearing the criticism in a CONSTRUCTIVE way would make the entire work force a better place for everyone. However, what is happening on here is instead of being adults that are PRO-ACTIVE we have people who are being RE-ACTIVE. And as a service technician who has worked in this town for the same company for 3 years, I can share with the general public some facts: and they are as follows........ 1.) These people on here whom are claiming to be "customers" are anything but. In fact, they are not real customers of ours. I went as far as going to my place of employment this afternoon to see if I could call these "customers" files so I could begin making phone calls to see what issues they believed themselves to have so I could be helping make preparations to get the issues resolved. However such files DO NOT, and I will repeat that, DO NOT exist. The owners of the company have been very accommodating to myself and my family. And I gave literal blood, sweat, amd I will now attach some pictures to show real customers and potential ones some of the work we do. Also I want to stress the effects that covid-19 had on the pool industry. It was quite unprecedented. However I will end with this, if there was, is, or you even believe that there will be a problem with ANY of the service that was provided to you by Perfect Pools and Patios please feel free to stop in and/or call in to express your concerns. And when/if concerns are handed to me I strive to do my utmost best to be able to work out a solution. So thanks again genuine and loyal customers! We would not be where we are with out you."
